FamilyBoard Privacy Policy

FamilyBoard Control is a companion app for pairing and managing a FamilyBoard display. This policy explains how MyMemo AI LLC handles information for the FamilyBoard Control app.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as email address and display name.
• Authentication information handled by our authentication provider.
• Pairing information, including the pairing code used to connect with a display.
• Photos you choose from your photo library for your paired display.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your FamilyBoard account.
• To pair your phone with a FamilyBoard display.
• To upload and manage photos you choose to show on the display.
• To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

Sharing

We use service providers for authentication, database storage, file storage, hosting, and operational support. We do not sell personal information and we do not use FamilyBoard Control data for third-party advertising.

Photo Library Access

FamilyBoard Control asks for photo library access only when you choose photos to upload to a paired display. The app does not access your photo library unless you grant permission.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Delete Account. Deletion removes your FamilyBoard account, pairing code, and user-owned FamilyBoard data associated with the account.

Children

FamilyBoard Control is intended for use by adults or with adult supervision. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will help remove it.
